Intestinal occlusion due to mixed hemangioma in greater omentum

Omental tumors are most commonly found in the pediatric population, with hemangiomas being one of rarest types. These can occur any organ, a higher prevalence skin and subcutaneous tissue. Although they extremely rare, omental tumors, including hemangiomas, often involve greater omentum.
