Omental tumors are most commonly found in the pediatric population, with hemangiomas being one of rarest types. These can occur any organ, a higher prevalence skin and subcutaneous tissue. Although they extremely rare, omental tumors, including hemangiomas, often involve greater omentum. We present case 70-year-old male patient that presented to our hospital abdominal pain, distension, inability pass stool.
